Smooth enough for sipping and strong enough to hold up the most ambitious cocktails, each proud pour represents the legacy of the land in a meeting place where finding what you're made of all comes with the territory.
District Made Straight Bourbon Whiskey showcases Hickory King Corn, grown in the hollows of Virginia since the 1880s. To create our signature style, we distill this heirloom grain in two different mashbills, one wheated and one high-rye, age them individually, then marry a few barrels together. The result is a drier, richly textured four-grain spirit proudly poured.

Our mashbill highlights a large portion of heirloom malted rye, bringing darker honeyed notes of toast to the flavor in our signature style. District Made Barrel Rested Gin is an heirloom flavor-bomb bespoke of the Mid-Atlantic. This American dry-style is crafted with our signature rye-forward mashbill, ten vibrant botanicals, and added orange peel rested in both new American oak and ex-bourbon barrels for six months. The sweet warmth of wood brightens aromatic tones of Appalachian allspice in an extraordinary spirit proudly poured.

District Made Ivy City Gin is an American dry-style spirit crafted with our signature rye-forward mashbill. Appalachian Allspice and Grains of Paradise uniquely enhance our Mid-Atlantic heirloom grains, while a more subtle approach to juniper notes allows all ten vibrant botanicals to shine. The outcome is a uniquely flavorful, full-bodied spirit proudly poured.

District Made Pot-Distilled Vodka is big on Mid-Atlantic personality. Crafted from our signature rye-forward mashbill, the heirloom grains yield distinctive notes of vanilla, cream soda, and black pepper. Our extra smooth taste and finish are created with charcoal and chill filtering techniques, resulting in a legendary spirit proudly poured.
The Golden Hour Bourbon Liqueur is back early this year! We started with a 13-year-old wheated bourbon finished in two casks: an Oloroso sherry butt and a barrel that held roasted coffee beans. The whiskey was then infused with cinnamon, turmeric, cardamom, and clover honey. Holiday spices hit your senses before taking a sip and experiencing a full-bodied spirit that coats the tongue with cinnamon candies and Turkish delight. Notes of vanilla, plums, and toasted pistachio linger with layers of chai spice and earthy coffee riding through the long and complex finish.
Untitled Whiskey No. 14 is a 10-year-old wheated bourbon rested for one year in a barrel previously used to mature red wine Bordeaux-style blends from RdV Vineyards in Delaplane, VA. Spicy cinnamon candy and sweet orange appear first before proceeding into the bright acidity of rosé wine and the richness of raw honey. The finish lingers with hints of plum and toffee.
We furnished Harper Macaw chocolate with barrels to age cocoa nibs before refilling them with an 11yr old wheated bourbon. The nose contains plum, cinnamon, and star anise. The palate starts with butterscotch and crystallized ginger before spiked cocoa and dark cherry flavors develop. The finish brings notes of tobacco and bitter chocolate.
District Made UNTITLED GIN No. 7 is an American dry-style spirit crafted with our signature rye-forward mashbill worthy of celebrating the 25th anniversary of FRESHFARM. The original Ivy City Gin botanical blend is enhanced by adding Holy Basil grown and selected by our head distiller. The outcome is a next-level Untitled Experimental spirit proudly poured.
The nose of this whiskey is full of your favorite pastry shop scents, including dulce de leche and buttery biscuit dough. A first sip will reveal sweeter notes of rock candy and spicy Hot Tamales before dark fruit-filled baked goods, such as cherry pie and blueberry scones, emerge. The bakery bouquet continues into the long finish serving up mixed berry strudel served with vanilla custard.
Untitled Whiskey No. 20 is a blend of 12-year wheated bourbon finished in rum, Bordeaux-style red wine, Cognac, and hard apple cider casks. The nose presents raisins, dried cherries, and a gentle waft of rose followed by cinnamon-laced apple pie filling and nutty marzipan flavors on the palate. Notes of chai and mulled wine carry through. The finish is long and marries dark chocolate ganache with the tartness of fresh raspberries.
The limited 2023 Single Barrel Cask Strength Rye release, at 136.6 proof and 8+ years old, is brimming with marzipan and banana bread notes on the nose. Big Red chewing gum and candied orange peel invite you to savor each moment a little longer. And the vanilla buttercream finish is long.
The 2023 District Made Bottled in Bond Bourbon release starts with the 2014 harvest of rye and corn. Distilling occurred in April of the following year, and we filled seven barrels. We hand-selected the three best of those barrels to create a bourbon bursting with the taste of sweet citrus fruits and white peppercorns, surrounded by a cloud of cherry cola.
